Payment & terms
How does payment work?
Fifty per cent to book the slot, balance on delivery of final files. UPI, bank transfer or card. An invoice comes with every payment.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated set of feedback from your side, applied in one pass. Sending three separate notes over three days counts as three rounds, so collect them first.
Why is rush work 25% more?
Because it moves someone else's job down the queue, and usually means evening or weekend work. If your deadline is comfortable, you never pay it.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The brief call is free and there is no obligation after it. You get the scope and quote in writing regardless.
Are these rates negotiable?
The scope is negotiable, not the rate. If the budget is tight I will cut deliverables to fit it rather than do the same work for less.
What about ongoing work?
Monthly retainers are cheaper per item than one-off jobs and get priority in the queue. Social creatives and YouTube editing are both priced that way.
